The rules for using Media87 websites, services and products.
Terms governing use of the Media87 website and the relationship between public information, accepted proposals and third-party platforms.
Website and acceptable use
Visitors may use the website for lawful information and enquiry purposes. They must not interfere with its operation, misuse its content or attempt unauthorised access. Public website information is not a binding service agreement.
Services, products and payment
An accepted proposal, order or subscription record controls scope, price, billing, cancellation, deliverables, dependencies and support for the relevant service.
Intellectual property and client material
Media87 retains rights in its pre-existing methods, website material and tools. Clients retain rights in material they provide and are responsible for having permission to use it. Project-specific ownership and licences follow the accepted agreement.
Platforms, warranties and liability
Search engines, advertising networks, social platforms, AI systems and distribution partners are independent third parties. Media87 cannot guarantee their availability, rankings, approvals, reach or commercial decisions.
Effective 27 July 2026. These website terms supplement, and do not replace, the proposal or agreement accepted for a specific service.
